Fundays: Gilwell Park
Open to: Beaver Scouts and Cub Scouts
This is a day filled with activities that will have every Beaver and Cub exhausted and inspired by the end!

There are literally hundreds of activities available to suit the interests of almost any child.
Adventurous activities include; rock climbing, abseiling, crate stacking, high-ropes, 3G swing, Aerial Runway and much more. A low ropes course, assault course, grass sledging, water slide and go karts. There's also the vertical spider's web, bungee running and a huge array of bouncy inflatables too. For those interested in crafts, animals - there's plenty of these too, as well as support from the Scout Association's partners such as Pets at Home, B&Q and Cotswold's. ...and then theres's the Fun Fair - Heletr Skelter, Dodgems and Waltzer.
Gilwell Park is the national headquarters for the UK Scout Association, but it is also one of the founding members of the national Scout Activity Centres. The 108 acre site is filled to bursting with the huge number of activities available for Beavers and Cubs to try.
We will be attending this year's event as part of Malling District Scouts. The date for the diary is the 23rd June and details will be issued soon.
